Parents, this coming week is end of the 2^nd marking period testing week. Please ensure that your child is studying. We are working hard at school, reviewing and making sure that the students stay focus. Some are cooperating while others are playing around and constantly talking. Investigate from your child his/ her status.

Bible:  Text for the week, Matthew 7:12.  Your Bible Gen test is on Friday, January 15, 2010.

Science: Science Test tomorrow, Tuesday, January 12, 2010.  We reviewed today in class.  Encourage your child to study hard.

Math: Handout on Basic Skills.  Most of the students are having problems with the multiplication skills.  Therefore, I encourage you to learn the times tables.

Reading: Keep reading for your upcoming book report due on February 11, 2010.  The book is, I Have A Dream:  The story of Martin Luther King Jr. by Margaret Davidson.

Social Studies: Textbook p. 173, #s 1-5

Language Arts: Journal Entry #5 in your journal notebook.

 

Please encourage your child to keep studying for the upcoming Spelling Bee.  We are focusing on page # 2  for this week.  Some of the words will be incorporated on the spelling lesson # 15 test on Friday January 15, 2010.
